Privacy Policy

The Timeless Womb is run by Bliss Gardner. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thetimelesswomb.com, join our email list, create a profile in the portal at learn.thetimelesswomb.com, or buy a course, and what we do with it. We keep it plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at sheisthetimelessmuse@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you ask for a free meditation or join our list: your first name, last name if you give it, and email address.
• When you create a portal profile: your email address and a password, and, if you choose to add them, your name, a username, a photo, what you do, and a few words about yourself. Your password is stored by our login provider in a scrambled form that no one, including us, can read.
• If you sign in with Google: Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We never see your Google password.
• Inside the portal: which lessons you have completed, and anything you post, comment on or like in the community.
• When you buy a course: your name, email address and phone number, and a record of the purchase. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach us.
• When you browse our websites: basic technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).

Why we use it

• To send you the free meditation and other things you asked for.
• To give you access to the portal, remember your progress, and show your profile.
• To deliver courses you have bought and handle any questions about payment.
• To send you emails about our courses, retreats and offerings. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
• To understand which pages and adverts are useful, so we can improve them.
• To keep the portal safe, including checking that new accounts are real people.

We do not sell your information, and we never will.

Who else handles it

We use trusted services to run The Timeless Womb. Each one only receives what it needs:

• Supabase stores portal accounts, profiles, progress and community posts.
• Vercel hosts our websites.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Klaviyo sends our emails and keeps our email list.
• Vimeo plays our videos.
• Google provides Google sign-in, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how our websites are used.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information from our websites through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and improve our adverts.
• Cloudflare checks that people creating accounts are human, not automated programs.

Some of these services are based outside the country you live in, which means your information may be processed abroad. Each of them has its own privacy policy.

The community and WhatsApp

Women inside the portal can see the name, photo and “what you do” that you add to your profile, along with anything you post in the community. Your email address and phone number are never shown to other members. If you join our WhatsApp community, The Timeless Temple, your phone number and messages are shared with the other members there and handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep you signed in to the portal, and, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand visits and adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, you may need to sign in each time you visit the portal.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and profile for as long as you have a portal account, and purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. You can leave our email list at any time by clicking unsubscribe, and ask us to delete your account whenever you like.

Your choices

You can see and change your profile in the portal at any time by tapping your card in the sidebar. To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and information deleted, email sheisthetimelessmuse@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Timeless Womb is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email.
