These terms apply when you use thetimelesswomb.com and the portal at learn.thetimelesswomb.com, both run by Bliss Gardner as The Timeless Womb. By creating a profile, joining the community or buying a course, you agree to them. If you have a question, write to sheisthetimelessmuse@gmail.com.

A space for women

The Timeless Womb portal and its community are a space for women. By creating a profile, you confirm that you are a woman. We may remove any profile that does not meet this.

Your profile

• You must be 18 or older to create a profile.
• Please use your real name or a name you are happy for other women to see, and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One profile per person. Accounts that are fake or automated will be removed.

The community

The community is a space for women to share honestly. To keep it safe, please be kind, respect other women’s privacy, and do not share what they post outside the portal. Do not post spam, advertising, or anything abusive, hateful or sexually explicit. We may remove posts, or remove someone from the community, if these guidelines are not kept.

Our content

The videos, meditations, lessons, writing and materials in the portal belong to The Timeless Womb. They are for your own personal practice. Please do not share your login, download, record, copy, resell or teach from them as your own without written permission.

Free offerings

Free meditations and other free content are a gift, offered as they are. We may change or retire them over time.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Courses give you access for as long as the portal runs.

All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to the course and its materials when you buy, we do not offer refunds, except where the law where you live requires one. Please make sure the course is right for you before purchasing. If you have a question about a payment, email sheisthetimelessmuse@gmail.com and we will respond within five working days.

Not medical advice

Everything in The Timeless Womb, free or paid, is offered for education and personal exploration. It is not medical care, therapy or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Please listen to your body, go at your own pace, and seek professional help when you need it.

Participant Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk & Scope of Training

Women who buy a course agree to the following at checkout. It applies to all practices offered in the portal.

By purchasing and participating in The Timeless Womb (“Course”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Educational Purpose. I understand that this Course is provided for educational, spiritual, personal-development and experiential purposes. The Course includes teachings and practices related to womb-centered abdominal massage, self-touch, embodiment, ritual, menstrual-cycle awareness, nourishment, herbs, ancestral exploration and other womb-centered practices. The Course is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, physical therapy, midwifery or a substitute for individualized care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Assumption of Risk. I understand that abdominal massage, self-touch, embodiment, movement, breathwork, ritual and other practices taught in this Course are physical and embodied in nature, and that physical and embodied practices carry some inherent risk. These risks may include, without limitation, physical discomfort, aggravation of an existing physical or emotional condition, possible physical injury, and emotional or psychological distress that may surface as sensation, memory or emotion moves through the body. I understand that individual responses to this work vary significantly from person to person, and that what feels supportive for one woman may not feel supportive for another. I choose to participate in these practices with this understanding, and at my own pace.

Not a Professional Certification. I understand that completion of this Course does not certify, license or qualify me as a medical professional, midwife, psychotherapist, massage therapist or other licensed healthcare provider. I am responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, licensing requirements, professional regulations and scope-of-practice requirements that apply where I live or practice. If I choose to share any practices learned in this Course with another person, I am responsible for determining whether I have the appropriate training, experience, consent and legal authority to do so.

Personal Responsibility. I understand that abdominal bodywork, embodiment, meditation, ritual and other practices taught in this Course may create physical sensations or bring forward emotions, memories or other personal experiences. I am responsible for determining whether a practice is appropriate for me and may modify, pause or discontinue any practice at any time. I agree to seek appropriate medical, psychological or other professional support when something arises that is beyond my capacity or the scope of this Course.

Working With Others. If I choose to practice with another person, I agree to prioritize informed consent, communication, appropriate boundaries and the recipient’s physical and emotional wellbeing. I understand that I should not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, promise healing outcomes, interpret another person’s emotional or ancestral experiences as fact, or work beyond my education, training or lawful scope of practice. I understand that deeper professional practice may require additional hands-on education, supervision, mentorship, licensing or other training beyond this Course.

Health & Safety. I understand that not every abdominal or bodywork practice is appropriate for every person or circumstance. I am responsible for reviewing the Course’s safety guidance and contraindications and for consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating or practicing with another person when pregnancy, recent surgery, acute pain, illness, injury, unexplained symptoms, diagnosed medical conditions or other health concerns are present.

Herbs, Plants & Nourishment. I understand that this Course includes educational information about herbs, food, cacao, tobacco and other plant and ritual allies used in traditional womb-tending practices. This information is shared for educational and traditional/cultural purposes only, and is not personalized medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation for individualized treatment. I understand that individual reactions to herbs, plants, foods and other substances vary, and that allergies, sensitivities or unexpected reactions are possible. I understand that herbs, plants and other substances may interact with medications, existing medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other individual circumstances. I am responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using any herb, plant, food or substance discussed in this Course, particularly if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.

Spiritual & Ancestral Teachings. I understand that some teachings in this Course regarding the womb, energy, ritual, ancestors and spirituality reflect traditional, cultural, spiritual and/or personal frameworks. They are offered as invitations for exploration and are not presented as scientifically established medical or psychological facts. I am encouraged to engage with these teachings according to my own beliefs, discernment and lived experience.

Release of Liability. My participation in this Course is voluntary. In consideration of that participation, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I assume the known and reasonably foreseeable risks described in this Disclaimer, and I understand that Bliss Gardner and The Timeless Womb are not responsible for injury, loss, damages or adverse outcomes resulting from my voluntary participation in this Course or my application of its teachings, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in this section is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot legally be waived.

Assumption of Responsibility. I voluntarily choose to participate in this Course and accept responsibility for my decisions regarding how I engage with and apply its teachings. I understand that no particular physical, emotional, spiritual, reproductive or health outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
